Walking at Inishowen Head

I have recently joined the Magee Hillwalkers (www.hillwalkers.com) and a couple of weeks ago I joined them on walk around Inishowen Head. We started at Shroove car park, followed the coastline for a bit before climbing up the headland and following the rough track for the remainder of the hike.
Even on a grey day is was a lovely walk, and the only other walkers were sheep!!!

New arrivals

Yes, it’s that time of year again – lambing time! Spring has sprung, the snowdrops are out and the lambs have started arriving at a steady pace.

Now that it’s finally warming up, we put this batch out to the front garden to graze.

The next picture reminds me of a certain Michael Jackson song….

It don't matter if you're black or white...Michael Jackson

While skipping and frolicking about is all well and good, some of us just want some “me time”.

Having some me time

We also have some new pets…but that’s for another post!
